WHAT WE LOOK FOR
The
standard.
There is a saying in construction: can’t see it from my house. Zachary, who runs our field work, has never bought into it. His standard, in his words, is that every project should be one the client is proud to see from their own front porch. Work that holds up to a closer look, not just a passing inspection.
That is what we are hiring for. The rest is teachable. We can teach conduit. One more thing we do not care about: whether you came out of trade school or learned it on a jobsite. Jordyn went to school in Canby and apprenticed around Marshall and Pipestone. Both routes work, and we have watched both work here.
WHERE THE WORK IS
The
territory.
Most of it is the Twin Cities metro, east side out through the north and west suburbs. A meaningful share is greater Minnesota: St. Cloud, central Minnesota, Wisconsin, and jobs that put you a couple hours out for a stretch.

What we need
WHO WE'RE
LOOKING FOR
JOURNEYMAN
ELECTRICIAN
Licensed journeyman running commercial work: new construction, tenant build-outs, fuel sites, and service. You can read prints, lay out your own work, and keep a crew moving without being chased. If you hold a master license, we especially want to hear from you.
- Current Minnesota journeyman license, or the ability to reciprocate
- Commercial experience with conduit, gear, panels, and controls
- Valid driver's license and a clean record
- Can talk to a GC like a professional and hold your own in a coordination meeting
APPRENTICE / ELECTRICIAN'S
HELPER
No experience required. The right attitude is required. If you show up on time, work hard, and want a career instead of a paycheck, we will teach you the trade and help you get your hours in.
- On time, every day, ready to work
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable with physical work and real jobsite conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
